Orchard Hill is the brainchild of Bryce Allen, President of the Allen Insurance Group, a company that has served the local area for well over 100 years. Teaming up with partners David Pollack, a Chartered Financial Analyst and Don Clarke, president of Don K Clarke Construction, the three worked tirelessly to create this exceptional community overlooking the village of Warkworth.
Their business philosophy is simple: treat people honestly and with integrity. That's the basis on which the community of Orchard Hill is founded.
David's role is to ensure that the community is on a sound financial footing to ensure that Orchard Hill offers lasting value to purchasers while maintaining the community's exceptional standards.
Don Clarke, whose construction career spans over four decades, is charged with the day-to-day task of building the community. He is committed to ensuring that each and every home is finished to his own uncompromising standards of craftsmanship. To attain this, Don personally oversees every aspect of construction from forming and framing right down to the finishing touches of trim and paint.
The three partners enjoy a sterling reputation around the region due to their history of community service and their generous participation in civic activities.
