Model Homes Now Open!
Excitement and fanfare greeted the opening of Orchard Hill’s first model homes. Literally hundreds of people have toured the homes and comments ranged from “outstanding!” to “sublime.” In fact, the very first couple who toured these models plunked down their deposit to purchase the end unit of the model row.
Hydro and gas is in and the roads are now paved. Orchard Hill has officially become ready for its residents.

Under Construction
Workers place molds so that concrete footings for the first row of four townhomes can be poured. The first row are now under construction. Two units will serve as sales pavilion and model homes, respectively, while the others will be available for quick closings.
